It's vital to know how to use disposable vaginal douches properly. This helps to prevent infections and other complications. Below is a brief guide on using the product.
Prepare for douche
Wash the hands well with soap and water. Get all the supplies for the douche. This includes the douche bottle and the liquid for douching. Read the package instructions carefully.
Choose a comfortable position
For the best results, use the douche while lying on the back. The body will be held on the shoulders and heels, with the knees bent. This position makes it easier for the liquid to go inside the vagina.
Insert the nozzle gently
Take a deep breath and relax the pelvic muscles. Slowly squeeze the bottle so the liquid goes inside the vagina. Don't force the nozzle. Just gently insert it. Stop squeezing the bottle if there is pain or discomfort
Massage the bottle
After inserting the nozzle, gently squeeze the bottle. This will release the liquid into the vagina. The liquid will flow into the vagina and back out again. It won't go too far inside the body.
Empty the bottle
When done, gently remove the nozzle from the vagina. Tip the bottle upside down in the shower or toilet. All the contents will come out. Rinse the bottle and nozzle with warm water.
